The original ‘NOW I LAY ME’ was entitled ‘HERE WITH ME,’ and was Jesse’s first local hit in 2001 when it was featured on Flow-Raw Entertainment’s ‘STEEL CITY’S FINEST.’ Featuring an aggressive uptempo flow with a laid back, eerie track, this original was later reworked for Jesse’s first official studio album release, THIN LINE. After the song was in high demand, Jesse and producer, Mindbender, remixed it for the club. Featuring vocals by A.Rok, and the guitar talents of Chris Kraski of Masters of the Universe (http://www.myspace.com/mastersoftheuniverse), this remix was received well by fans who loved the original. It was set up to be released on Jesse’s underground album, MUSIC & ME, which is an online compilation of previously unreleased tracks recorded throughout 2004 – 2008.
